B. Scanning 35mm Slides

1. Turn the LightLid 35 Plus II over. Load the slide inside the lower slot of the

LightLid, with the slide facing up.

The slides should be inserted inside the slots specifically allotted for slides, as

shown in the illustration.

2. Place the LightLid 35 Plus II vertically on the glass surface of the scanner, and

center it along the ruler of the scanner.

3. Follow the procedures (steps 3 through 10) for scanning 35mm filmstrips to carry

out scanning.

In step 4, instead, choose Positive Film.

The lower slot is for

loading 35mm slides

Ensure that the calibration

window is kept clear and

free from any obstruction for

successful calibration and

best image results.
